Avatar usage licence

This licence describes the permitted use of the digital avatar pack purchased from Professional Avatars.

Permitted uses

Your purchase includes personal and commercial use of the supplied avatar content for:

Personal projects and content.
Social platforms, including Fanvue.
Client work and finished client deliverables.
Advertising, promotional content and branding.
Finished digital products, such as designed ebooks, presentations and other completed content.

You may edit and incorporate the supplied images into these finished works. A finished product must not serve as a way to distribute the avatar pack or reusable avatar files.

No sharing or resale of the avatar

You must not share, give away, sublicense or resell the digital avatar or its original files. This includes distributing the avatar pack, standalone avatar images, source files or the avatar as another avatar product.

Clients and customers may receive your finished content. They do not receive the original avatar pack, reusable avatar source files or a separate licence to the avatar itself.

Platform use

Permission to use the avatar on a platform does not guarantee platform approval. Follow that platform’s rules, including its requirements for AI-generated content and disclosure.

Exclusive and non-exclusive packs

The profile identifies whether a pack is exclusive or non-exclusive. A non-exclusive pack remains available to other buyers. An adoption certificate records the purchase and the rights described here. It does not expand this licence.
